News about a heavily pregnant 13 year old arrived at the court for children to see justice being meted out to her rapist with her mother.The father of her unborn child being 17 years old sent to the Henry Gurney reform school in Malacca for next four year.
The girl said, she planned to return to school after delevering her baby to a close relative for adaption. According to the fact, the girl hadgone camping at the beach with her sister, her brother and the juvenil has her brother's friend.
Her siblings had left to buy food when the juvenil entered her camp and raped her. She told her mother about the rape after missing her period for several month. On Nov 22 she lodge police report and sought medical attention from a doctor. She learnt she was already seven month into her pregnancy.
